13 Wisconsin Sport Trucks answered the bell for their feature race with Tanner Fickel leading the first three laps. Mike Byrge surged ahead on lap four with Kyle Quella in tow.
Byrge went wide on lap six allowing Quella to become the third leader of the contest.
At the halfway point Quella, last years champion Brett Horn, Byrge, Kylee Vandermoss and Brian Vixmer occupied the top five spots.
A spin on the next circuit by Jordan Fisher slowed the contest bunching the field. Van Horn squared off with Quella at the drop of the green flag nosing out front.
Byrge collected Kylee Vandermoss while the pair contested the third spot, and both trucks sailed off turn three forcing a second caution. Both were able to rejoin the race from the tail of the field. A multi car spin moments later drew another yellow again bunching the field.
Quella kept the pressure on Van Horn over the final circuits. On the white flag lap Quella was able to nose to the inside of Van Horn and the duo ran wheel to wheel over the final circuit. Both drivers raced clean to the wire with inches between them. In a near photo finish Van Horn was awarded the victory by .006 seconds. Quella had to settle for runner-up honors. Jason Plutz, Vixmer and Vandermoss comprised the top five.
